Struktura
for your business
A single workspace for everything your team does: tables, documents, dashboards, kanban, automations.
Ten products in one structure
Each module is a standalone product. Together they run on a shared data model: a record from a table is mentioned in a document, discussed in a thread, and appears on a dashboard — no integrations, no copying.
Spreadsheets
Registries, customer bases, projects, requests — with column types, formulas and row-level permissions.
- 26 column types: from checkboxes to inter-table relations
- Formulas across columns — Excel syntax
- View and edit permissions down to a single row
- Four views: table, kanban, canvas, calendar
Analytics and dashboards
Charts, summaries and counters on top of tables. A no-code builder that doesn't need an analytics engineer.
- Widgets: line charts, bars, KPI cards, heatmap
- Filters on the dashboard and on each widget independently
- Sharing inside the team and externally by link
- Real-time updates as the underlying tables change
Knowledge base
A collaborative knowledge base with record mentions from tables and real-time editing.
- Blocks: lists, quotes, code, tables, callouts, toggles, files
- Mention records from tables right inside the paragraph
- Thread comments anywhere in a document
- Real-time co-editing with participant cursors
Task board
Kanban with configurable stages and WIP limits on top of any record table.
- Configurable columns and card-count limits
- Group by any record field
- Dragging a card updates the field in the table
- Filters, search and quick card preview
Mind maps
A freeform layout for brainstorming, process diagrams and record relations.
- Relations between table records visualized as a graph
- Stickies, shapes, arrows, freehand drawing
- Drop table cards directly onto the canvas
- Real-time collaboration
Time tracking
Track time on tasks, projects and clients. Ready-made reports for billing and plan-vs-actual.
- Start a timer right inside a record card
- Manual back-entry with 15-minute rounding
- Reports by person, project, client, period
- Export to Excel for invoicing and billing
Workflows and automations
Trigger → condition → action. No code, up to 10 runs per minute per chain.
- 14 trigger types: field change, schedule, webhook, incoming email
- Conditions with any AND/OR nesting
- Actions: update a record, send a notification, call a webhook
- Run log with replay support
Surveys and public forms
A form builder on top of tables: surveys, requests, registrations with automatic response collection.
- Turn any table into a form with one click
- Public link with or without a password
- Conditional field visibility by rules
- Responses land in the source table as records
Team chat
soonChannels, threads, mentions — built into the workspace rather than bolted on the side.
- Team and project channels
- Threads on messages and on table records
- Reactions, mentions, pins
- Search across all messages and attachments
Virtual space
soonA 2D team map with zones, voice and video. Walk up to a colleague and you hear each other.
- Avatars on an office map, keyboard movement
- Zones: meeting rooms, kitchen, open space — each with its own rules
- Voice and video over WebRTC — no third-party services
- Day/evening/night modes and a schematic view when zoomed out
A custom structure for every department
A ready-made workspace with pre-filled tables, roles, dashboards and automations — for HR, sales, marketing, manufacturing, IT, public sector and personal productivity.
A self-contained structure
The familiar Western stack — Notion, Jira, Trello, Airtable, Looker, Miro, Slack — is replaced by a single integrated product. On-premise deployment in a closed perimeter on request. One contract, one invoice, one support team.
What the structure
- I
Your data belongs to you
Storage on servers in Russia or in your closed perimeter. No exports to third parties, no third-party analytics inside the product. Access logs down to the row and column level.
- II
Transparent pricing
Prices in rubles per user. Contract with closing documents, payment by invoice. Procurement under 44-FZ / 223-FZ — a well-rehearsed process with a ready document package.
- III
Support in Russian
Engineering team and account manager in Russia. Average first-response time — one hour during business hours. No chatbot bouncing you to «describe the problem again».
- IV
Openness and control
API, webhooks, CSV/JSON export on schedule. No vendor lock-in: your data is always available to you directly, any time, without involving support.
What businesses get in numbers
Average results from 2025–2026 pilot rollouts in b2b and the public sector: where Struktura moves the key business metrics.
Time to assemble a weekly report
Managers stop hand-rolling exports — the report is built by a dashboard on top of the deals table. Frees up to two hours every Friday for a head of sales.
Incident resolution speed
Task, runbook, incident and component are linked directly. The on-call sees the full context in one window instead of switching between five systems. Average reaction time drops threefold.
License cost
One platform contract instead of 5–7 SaaS subscriptions. For a 30-person team, switching to Struktura pays off in two months — even without counting integration effort.
From Excel import to a working setup
XLSX/CSV files come in within a minute, column types are detected automatically, process templates for HR/sales/IT launch with a single click. The team is in a first version of the workspace by the end of day one.
An enterprise-grade structure for corporate customers
Access logs, row- and column-level permissions, SAML/OIDC single sign-on, on-premise deployment in a closed perimeter. Out of the box — no separate licenses or customizations.
More about security- 152-FZ. Compliance with the Russian personal data law.
- On-premise. Deployment inside the customer's perimeter, with no internet access.
- Access logs. Who opened what and when — for every record.
- Backups. On a schedule agreed with the customer.
- SSO and LDAP. Single sign-on through the corporate directory.
- Row-level permissions. Visibility and editing — down to a single record.
Common questions
How is Struktura different from Notion + Jira + Slack?
A stack of three to seven subscriptions forces the team to invent how they fit together: where a task lives, where the discussion happens, where the report comes from. Struktura is one product with a shared data model. A record in a table is mentioned in a document, discussed in a thread, and automatically appears on a dashboard. Nothing to integrate, nothing to duplicate.
Does it fit a 3–5 person team?
Yes. Small teams suffer most from tool overload: an Excel here, a Trello there, a shared chat — and six months later no knowledge lives anywhere. Struktura puts everything in one place from day one, so scaling later doesn't get stuck on data migration.
Can I import from Excel and Notion?
Excel import — one click, column types detected automatically. Notion — via Markdown export, we restore the page and database structure.
What about integrations and extending it for our process?
API, webhooks, scheduled import/export, ready-made connectors for 1C, Telegram and corporate SSO. For custom scenarios — a no-code automation builder (trigger → condition → action).
Can you deploy inside our perimeter?
Yes. On-premise delivery for Linux servers with your own backups, access logs and SSO. Updates roll out on a schedule agreed with the customer.
Can it be branded for the organization?
On the Business plan — a custom theme (Skolkovo and Gosuslugi are both built in, for example), your own logo, custom domain, customized sign-up forms.
Can we purchase under 44-FZ / 223-FZ?
Yes. We sign a government contract via the standard procedure: participate in tenders, provide certificates, sign closing documents monthly. For affiliated institutions, installation in a secure perimeter is possible. Filing with the Russian Software Registry is in progress.
We're already on Bitrix24 — how do we migrate?
Catalogs and deals migrate via CSV (Bitrix can export). The knowledge base moves via Markdown export. We can dedicate an account manager to a pilot department: migrating a typical CRM/HR block takes 2–3 weeks. Details — on a demo.
Is there a mobile app?
The web version is optimized for mobile browsers — all the main modules (tables, boards, documents, chat) work fully on a phone. A native iOS / Android app is in development, targeted for Q4 2026.
We'll assemble a workspace for your team — in one call
We'll show how it works on your processes, discuss data migration and integration with what you already have. No strings attached.
