Public offer
1. Definitions
Provider — the company providing Struktura services. Legal entity details are provided on request at sales@strura.ru and will be published after state registration.
Customer — a natural or legal person who has accepted the terms of this Offer.
Service — the «Struktura» software and hardware system, available at strura.ru.
2. Subject of the agreement
The Provider grants the Customer access to the Service on the terms of the chosen plan. The set of features, limits, and pricing are defined on the Pricing page.
3. Acceptance of the offer
Acceptance occurs when the Customer performs any of the following:
- registers an account in the Service;
- pays for the chosen plan;
- provides written confirmation to the Provider.
Upon acceptance, the Offer is considered concluded as a contract of adhesion (Art. 428 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
4. Pricing and payment
Service prices are listed in rubles on the Pricing page. Payment is made in advance for the chosen period (month or year). VAT is charged in accordance with the applicable tax regime.
Refunds are available within 14 days of payment if the services were not actually rendered, on request at billing@strura.ru.
5. Rights and obligations of the parties
The Provider undertakes:
- to provide access to the Service per the chosen plan;
- to ensure Service availability of no less than 99.5% per month (excluding planned work announced 24 hours in advance);
- not to disclose Customer data to third parties;
- to promptly remedy identified technical malfunctions.
The Customer undertakes:
- to pay for the chosen plan in a timely manner;
- not to use the Service for unlawful activity;
- not to attempt to disrupt the Service.
6. Liability
The parties bear liability in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. The Provider's liability is limited to the cost of services paid for the period in which the incident occurred.
7. Force majeure
The parties are released from liability for partial or full non-performance upon occurrence of force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, military actions, changes in legislation, outages at upstream providers, etc.).
8. Term and termination
The agreement is in effect from the moment of acceptance until either party withdraws. The Customer may discontinue the Service at any time — access ends at the end of the paid period.
