Terms of Service

Effective May 1, 2026. Version 1.0.

This translation is provided for convenience; the Russian version is legally binding.

1. Subject

These Terms govern the use of the Struktura service (the «Service»), provided by the company developing the service (the «Operator»). By registering for the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Account

  • An account is created with email and password. One email — one account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Report suspicious activity to security@strura.ru.
  • Accounts may not be transferred. For teams, use user invitations within the workspace.

3. Your obligations

By using the Service, you agree not to:

  • violate the laws of the Russian Federation in creating or storing content;
  • upload malicious code, spam, or materials that infringe anyone's rights;
  • attempt to bypass plan limits or use automated means to load servers;
  • share credentials with third parties.

4. Payment and plans

The «Start» plan is provided free of charge and without expiration within the limits listed on the Pricing page. Paid plans are billed by subscription (monthly or yearly). On non-payment, access to paid features is suspended; data is not deleted.

Refunds are available within 14 days of payment if you have not used paid features.

5. Intellectual property

  • Content you create in the Service remains your intellectual property. We only provide the tools.
  • Struktura source code, design, and trademark belong to the Operator.
  • You grant the Operator a limited license to process your content as required to provide the Service.

6. Liability

The Service is provided «as is». The Operator makes reasonable efforts for uptime, backups, and security (see the security page), but does not guarantee uninterrupted 24/7 operation. Support response SLA is provided under separate agreement for Business and Enterprise plans.

The Operator is not liable for damages arising from your breach of these Terms or for lost profits.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. The Operator may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms with 7 days' notice (except for serious violations such as spam, phishing, or illegal content).

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved at the Operator's location.

9. Changes to Terms

The Operator may update these Terms. Material changes are posted on this page 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after posting constitutes acceptance of the new version.
